The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, available in QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm², with SOT23-5 available on request. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, supports programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns, and consumes 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. It offers center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% and down spread to -4%, with triangular or Hershey-kiss modulation profiles. Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable modes.
