The SiT8945B is a ruggedized LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator designed for applications requiring high stability and low power consumption, with a frequency range of 115.2 to 137 MHz. It is available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over extended temperature ranges of -55 to 125°C, is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use, and offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm.
