The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator with a frequency range of 1 to 110 MHz and an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It features an acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Standby mode reduces power consumption to 0.6-2.6 µA depending on supply voltage. Output is LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible with rise/fall times of 1.3-3 ns.
