The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and includes standby mode for low power operation. Acceleration sensitivity is specified at 0.1 ppb/g. It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible outputs, RoHS and REACH compliance, and meets MIL-STD-883 mechanical ruggedness standards.
