The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator with a frequency range of 1 to 110 MHz, designed for high-reliability applications in extreme environments. It operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It includes standby mode for low power operation, consuming 0.6 μA at 1.8 V. Frequency stability is as tight as ±20 ppm, with acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g.
