The SiT8920B is a high-temperature oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm over the operating range of -55°C to +125°C. It operates from supply voltages of 1.62 V to 3.63 V with a typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and provides an LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output. Available in industry-standard packages including 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it is RoHS and REACH compliant.
