The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operating temperatures up to +125°C. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V, draws 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is RoHS and REACH compliant. The device meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 standards for mechanical shock, vibration, and temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
