The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, operating over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It accepts supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
