The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It operates at supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
