The SiT8209 is an ultra-performance oscillator offering any frequency between 80.000001 and 220 MHz with stability as low as ±10 PPM and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It features LVCMOS/LVTTL output, operates across extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, and supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V. The device is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
