The SiT8209 series is an ultra-performance MEMS oscillator offering frequencies from 80.000001 to 220 MHz with stability as low as ±10 PPM, 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter, and LVCMOS/LVTTL output. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm, and supports operating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C (industrial) or -20 °C to +70 °C (extended commercial). Supply voltages range from 1.71 V to 3.63 V in discrete steps. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards, and exhibits 2 FIT reliability with RoHS and REACH compliance.
