The SiT8209AC-8F-18S-100.000000 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator producing a 100.000000 MHz output with frequency stability of ±10 PPM, ±20 PPM, ±25 PPM, or ±50 PPM depending on temperature range. It operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperatures with supply voltages of 1.71 to 1.89 V, 2.25 to 2.75 V, 2.52 to 3.08 V, or 2.97 to 3.63 V. The device features 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz), a 2 FIT failure rate, and is housed in standard 4-pin packages: 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and serves as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators.
