The SiT8209 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator supporting frequencies from 80.000001 to 220 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. It offers 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz), operates over extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5×2.0, 3.2×2.5, 5.0×3.2, or 7.0×5.0 mm.
