The SiT8209 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator with a frequency range of 80.000001 to 220 MHz and frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 PPM. It offers ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device is available in standard 4-pin packages: 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, and 3.3V with a maximum current consumption of 36 mA at 100 MHz and 2.5V. The oscillator meets RoHS and REACH standards and has a reliability specification of 2 FIT (500 million hour MTBF). It is pin-compatible with quartz oscillators and includes OE and ST control functions.
