Ultra-Small, Ultra-Low Power 1 Hz - 32.768 kHz Programmable Oscillator in chip-scale package measuring 1.5 × 0.8 mm, with pin compatibility to 2.0 × 1.2 mm XTAL SMD packages. Operates over a supply voltage range of 1.2 V to 3.63 V with a core current consumption of less than 1.4 µA at full temperature range. Factory-programmable output frequencies range from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two, with frequency stability of ±100 ppm across -40°C to +85°C and ±150 ppm across -55°C to +85°C. Features NanoDrive™ programmable output swing, internal filtering eliminating external bypass capacitors, and RoHS and REACH compliance. No external load capacitors required.
