The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator stable from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and uses standard 4-pin packages in sizes 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, and consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz depending on voltage. The device is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
