The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages of 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance with 500 million hour MTBF. The part includes OE and ST pins for output enable and standby control, and operates with supply voltages of 1.71-1.89 V, 2.25-2.75 V, 2.52-3.08 V, or 2.97-3.63 V.
