The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators and supports LVCMOS/LVTTL output. Available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage and frequency, and features standby current as low as 10 µA. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
