The SiT1569 is a µPower, ultra-small oscillator with a factory-programmable frequency range of 1 Hz to 462.5 kHz and ±50 ppm maximum frequency stability over temperature, supply voltage, and aging. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.3 V, consumes 3.3 µA at 100 kHz, and features a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm CSP package with 0.6 mm maximum height. The device includes an LVCMOS-compatible output, requires no external bypass capacitors, and is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant with a PFAS-free option available. Operating temperature ranges are commercial (-20°C to 70°C) and industrial (-40°C to 85°C).
