The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators in computing, storage, networking, and telecom applications. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, with a typical phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability spanning ±10 to ±50 ppm over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, draws 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz depending on Vdd, and includes standby and OE disable modes. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with an MTBF of 500 million hours and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
