The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device is pin-compatible with quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance with a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
