The SiT1569 is a µPower, ultra-small oscillator with a factory-programmable frequency range of 1 Hz to 462.5 kHz and ±50 ppm maximum frequency stability over temperature, voltage, and aging. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with a supply current of 3.3 µA at 100 kHz and occupies a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm CSP package with a maximum height of 0.6 mm. The device includes an LVCMOS-compatible output, requires no external bypass capacitors, and is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant. It supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges of -20°C to 70°C and -40°C to 85°C, respectively, with a start-up time of up to 500 ms for frequencies below 10 Hz. ESD protection meets JESD22 standards up to 2000 V HBM. The part is designed for low-power applications such as wearable biometric sensing and portable medical devices.
