The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator with a frequency range of 1 to 80 MHz, LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, and frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM. It offers ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges of -40 to +85 °C and -20 to +70 °C, respectively, with a supply voltage range of 1.71 to 3.63 V. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and operates with a 15 pF load. The part provides 100% pin-to-pin compatibility with quartz-based oscillators and features a 2 FIT failure rate or 500 million hour MTBF.
