The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm, and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device operates with supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V, features a 100% pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance. It exhibits a 2 FIT failure rate or 500 million hour MTBF, and includes OE and ST control pins for enable and standby functions.
