The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator for frequencies between 1 and 80 MHz with phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 ppm. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V, consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz, and complies with RoHS and REACH standards. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
