The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, supports operating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C (industrial range), and is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and meets RoHS and REACH standards. The part includes standby and enable control via OE/ST pin, with startup time of 7 to 10 ms and resume time of 6 to 10 ms from standby.
