The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, offering frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and operates on supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V. It draws a maximum of 33 mA at 20 MHz and 3.3 V, features a 1.2 ns rise/fall time with a 15 pF load, and provides 500 million hour MTBF. The device is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators.
