The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible oscillator capable of generating any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. It supports supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V, with current consumption as low as 29 mA at 20 MHz and 1.8 V. The part is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and has a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
