The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, LVCMOS/LVTTL output, and a 4-pin package in sizes of 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It provides frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM, ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, features 2 FIT reliability, and is Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant.
