The SiT8208 series is an ultra performance oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability ranging from ±10 to ±50 ppm and ultra low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V and consumes 29 to 33 mA under no-load conditions at 20 MHz.
