The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 PPM, LVCMOS/LVTTL output, and 0.5 ps phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and meets RoHS and REACH standards with 2 FIT reliability.
