The SiT8009B is a high-frequency, low-power oscillator with an output frequency range of 115 to 137 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It features LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 4.9 mA typical at 1.8 V. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it includes standby mode for extended battery life and a startup time of 5 ms. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm over operating conditions. Standby current is as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. It is ideal for networking, embedded systems, and high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet, PCI-E, and DDR.
