SiT8009B is a high-frequency, low-power LVCMOS/HCMOS oscillator with a frequency range of 115 to 137 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard package sizes including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The oscillator operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, draws 4.9 mA typical at 1.8 V supply, and features standby mode with current consumption as low as 0.6 µA. It has a startup time of 5 ms and maintains frequency stability of ±20 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, aging, temperature, and supply variations. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
