SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. It consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The device features a 5 ms startup time, LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, and standby mode with current as low as 0.2 µA.
