The SiT8008B is a low-power programmable oscillator offering any frequency between 1 MHz and 110 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs, with a frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. It includes standby mode with current as low as 0.2 µA and a fast startup time of 5 ms. The output is LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible, with industry-standard package options including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
