The SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator generating any frequency from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with ±20 ppm frequency stability over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and features a 5 ms startup time. The device offers LVCMOS/HCMOS output, standby mode with µA-level current draw, and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and operates with a 15 pF load.
