The SiT8008B is a low-power programmable oscillator providing any frequency from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XO devices and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It features a 5 ms startup time, LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, standby mode with μA-level current, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance.
