The SiT8008B series is a low-power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with six-decimal accuracy and ±20 ppm stability over temperature and supply. It serves as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs in standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Supported supply voltages range from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, with typical current draw of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. It operates from -40°C to 85°C, starts up in 5 ms, and includes standby mode drawing 0.2 µA at 1.8 V. Output is LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible. The device meets RoHS and REACH compliance and is rated for mechanical shock and vibration per MIL-STD-883F and JESD22. It is suited for portable and high-speed serial applications.
