The SiT5359 is a 60 MHz to 220 MHz Ultra-precision Super-TCXO with ±50 ppb frequency stability over -40°C to 105°C, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It features LVCMOS output, on-chip power regulators eliminating the need for external LDOs, and digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and up to ±3200 ppm pull range. The device supports 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V supply voltages, and is designed for high-reliability applications including 4G/5G radios, precision GNSS, and synchronous Ethernet. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and offers resistance to shock, vibration, and board bending.
