The SiT5358ANCFRA28IQ-16.368000 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz ultra-precision Super-TCXO with ±50 ppb frequency stability over -40°C to 105°C, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm ceramic package. It features digital frequency control via I2C interface with a pull range of ±150 ppm and 5 ppt resolution, operates at 2.8 V supply voltage, and provides a clipped sinewave output. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and it is RoHS and REACH compliant.
