The SiT5358 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz ultra-precision Super-TCXO with ±50 ppb frequency stability over the temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, housed in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic package. It features on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO, and offers LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. The device supports digital frequency pulling via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and a maximum pull range of ±3200 ppm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with a supply voltage of 2.8 V ±10% for this variant.
