The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant Super-TCXO featuring ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, a typical frequency slope of ±1 ppb/°C, and 1.5e-11 ADEV at 10 seconds. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and integrates on-chip power regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. Available in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, it supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
