The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, operating from -40°C to +105°C. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, and programmable supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for external LDOs, and the device supports digital frequency pulling via I2C with up to ±3200 ppm range and 5 ppt resolution. It meets Telcordia GR-1244-CORE specifications and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
