The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature and a typical frequency slope of ±1 ppb/°C, compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, features on-chip power regulators eliminating the need for an external LDO, and offers LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. The device supports digital frequency pulling via I²C with up to ±3200 ppm range and 5 ppt resolution, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
