It operates from -40°C to +105°C, integrates on-chip power regulators to eliminate external LDOs, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs. The device is housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package and is RoHS and REACH compliant. This part is a DCTCXO variant with a 2.5 V supply, 20.0 MHz output frequency, and I2C-based digital frequency control with up to ±3200 ppm pull range and 5 ppt resolution.
