The SiT5348 is a precision MEMS Super-TCXO offering ±50 ppb frequency stability over the temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, designed for aerospace and defense applications. It features a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic package, an integrated I2C interface for digital frequency control with 5 ppt resolution, and a pull range of up to ±3200 ppm. The device operates with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V, supports LVCMOS or clipped sine wave output, and includes on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for external LDOs. Acceleration sensitivity is specified at 0.009 ppb/g, with high shock survivability exceeding 30,000 g. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free.
