The SiT5347 is a ruggedized MEMS Super-TCXO providing 60 MHz to 220 MHz output frequencies with stability of ±0.1 to ±0.25 ppm, designed for high-reliability defense, avionics, and precision GNSS applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package with LVCMOS output and supports 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages. The device features acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g, on-chip power regulation eliminating external LDOs, and I2C-controlled digital frequency pulling up to ±3200 ppm with 5 ppt resolution. It is fully compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications, RoHS and REACH compliant, and resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
