The SiT5346 is a ruggedized precision MEMS Super-TCXO for demanding applications in defense, space, avionics, and GNSS systems, offering frequency stability of ±100 ppb across operating temperatures from -40°C to +105°C with acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g. It operates from 1 MHz to 60 MHz in 1 Hz steps and supports LVCMOS or clipped sine wave outputs at 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The device features on-chip power regulators, eliminating the need for external LDOs, and is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount format. It is fully compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications and meets RoHS and REACH standards.
