The SiT5346 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision MEMS Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature and an acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It operates from -40°C to +105°C, features on-chip power regulators to eliminate external LDOs, and supports LVCMOS output. The device is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount format and is fully compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications. It includes I²C digital frequency control with 5 ppt resolution and a pull range up to ±3200 ppm. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
