The SiT5346 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision MEMS Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature and acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g. It features an on-chip power regulator eliminating the need for an external LDO, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and is available in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package with LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. The device is compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications and supports digital frequency pulling via I2C with 5 ppt resolution. RoHS and REACH compliant.
